Terms of Service

1.1 Eligibility

• You must be a business entity or an authorized representative to subscribe to EMS ONE.
• By using our Services, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

1.2 Account Registration

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate company and billing information.
• Account credentials must be kept confidential, and Customers are liable for all activities conducted under their account.

1.3 Billing and Payments

• Subscription fees are billed in advance, based on the selected billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, annually).
• Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Customers authorize EMS ONE to charge the applicable subscription fees to their chosen payment method.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring valid payment details and sufficient funds.

1.4 Non-Refundable Fees

• All fees are non-refundable, except:
  • As expressly provided under the Refund & Cancellation Policy;
  • As required by law; or
  • If EMS ONE terminates Services without cause.

1.5 Refunds and Credits

• Refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• EMS ONE may, at its discretion, provide credits or refunds in exceptional cases, but such actions do not create future obligations.

1.6 Renewal and Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Customers may cancel anytime via their account dashboard or by contacting EMS ONE Support.
• Services remain available until the end of the current billing cycle after cancellation.

1.7 Taxes

• Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST, VAT), which will be added where required.
• Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes.

1.8 Data Access and Retention

• Customer data is retained in line with the Privacy Policy.
• Upon cancellation, Customers may export data within 45 days before permanent deletion.

1.9 Termination

• EMS ONE may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these Terms, unlawful use, or misuse of the Services.
• If EMS ONE terminates without cause, Customers may be eligible for a refund as outlined in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1.10 Relationship with Other Policies

This Terms of Service must be read together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of the agreement between EMS ONE and the Customer.
