Refund & Cancellation Policy

At EMS ONE, we aim to deliver a transparent subscription experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled.
2.1 Subscription Payments
- Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Payments are securely processed via third-party payment gateways.
2.2 Refund Policy
- New Customers may request a full refund within 10 calendar days of the initial subscription payment.
- Refunds apply only to the first payment of new Customers.
- Renewals or subsequent billing cycles are non-refundable.
- Payment gateway transaction charges are non-refundable.
- Payroll disbursements or salary payouts are excluded from refunds.
2.3 Cancellation Policy
- Customers may cancel anytime with 30 days' notice via the account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Services remain available until the end of the billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.
2.4 Data Access After Cancellation
- Customer data remains accessible for 45 days post-cancellation for export.
- After 45 days, all data is permanently deleted, unless retention is required by law.
2.5 Exceptions
Refunds will not be granted where:
- Services were used in violation of the Terms of Service.
- Requests are made after the 10-day refund window.
- Disputes arise due to inaccurate payment/account details provided by the Customer.
